1. Privacy-by-Design Philosophy

Coloring Remix Studio (coloringremix.com), operated by Topazly LLC, is built on an anti-surveillance, privacy-first architecture. We believe families, children, and artists should be able to create art without invasive behavioral tracking or permanent cloud archiving.

2. Zero Cloud Photo Storage Commitment

When you use our Remix tool or upload a reference sketch:

• Ephemeral In-Memory Processing: Uploaded images are passed in-memory strictly for conditioning AI generation and are immediately discarded. We do not store, archive, or catalog your uploaded photos in any cloud database or training set.
• Local Device Storage: Your personal gallery history, remixed variations, and cached prints are stored 100% locally on your own device using your browser’s IndexedDB. You can export or clear this data at any time with one click.

3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

While our coloring sheets are enjoyed by children and classrooms, Coloring Remix Studio does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13:

• We do not require user accounts, passwords, dates of birth, or student names.
• No social feeds, public profile pages, or chat features exist on the platform.
• All printable downloads are accessible immediately without collecting personal identifying information.

4. Payment Information & Stripe

When you purchase Studio Credits:

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc.
• Topazly LLC never sees, collects, or stores credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank details.
• Your customer email provided during Stripe Checkout is used solely to associate your credit balance with your Magic License Key and transmit your purchase receipt.

5. Amazon Associates Affiliate Disclosure

Topazly LLC is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. We curate recommended art paper (e.g., 65lb cardstock) and coloring supplies to help colorists get optimal printing results. If you purchase through our links, we may receive a small commission at zero additional cost to you.

6. Privacy-Respecting Analytics (Counterscale)

We use our privacy-friendly analytics platform, Counterscale (hosted at stats.topazly.com), to understand aggregate feature usage (such as total coloring page downloads, popular styles, and site performance). Counterscale does not use invasive cross-site cookies, does not sell visitor data, and does not build persistent individual user profiles.
